Time is precious and is something that many feel they lack when it comes to fitting in a quick workout. When push comes to shove, exercise is the first to go when we feel that we are pressed for time. Work, paying the bills, going grocery shopping, and taking care of the kids quickly fills our minds.
If you fall into this category, then grab a pair of kettlebells for your home (and preferably a set that is heavier than your handbag). You will be squatting, pushing, rowing, pressing while lunging, and swinging the heck out of these bells!
All you have to do is run through these 5 exercises. Perform 8-10 repetitions of each exercise straight through and then repeat 3-4 times.
