For many, having a program ready to go is the only way he or she stays accountable.

Sound familiar?

That is exactly what online personal training can do for you. It keeps you accountable by providing you with a plan. A plan that will allow you to gain muscle, improve strength and endurance, and shred fat. In essence, my goal is to help you move and feel more powerful no matter your goal(s).

Unfortunately, there is a limited amount of time in a day, which is one reason many are unable to work with me as other clients have filled a particular time period. In other cases, the individual who wants to work with me is not local or may have some other stipulation, such as, finances and so forth.

Whatever the case may be, there becomes a point in our lives when hiring someone to help you reach your goals becomes ideal. Some reasons may include:

  • You are completely stuck and do not know what to do or where to begin.

  • You are no longer making progress with the program or lack of program you are currently using.

  • You need accountability and motivation. You need an “Exercise Boss”.

  • You need to be challenged.

  • You are training for an event (marathon, half-marathon, 10k, 5k, couch to ___, triathlon, and so forth).

  • You have an injury, have had a previous injury, or in special need in which you need a coach to advise you on what exercises to do or not do.

  • You are tired of cookie cutter programs and need something specific.

See a brief and a more detailed version of your workouts, 3.) Have the ability to input how many sets, reps, and how much weight you used in relation to what I have documented for you, 4.) A full calendar based on the days you have elected to workout, 5.) A full view of your program, and much, much more!

Here is a photo and 8 great reasons as to why you should still work with me, but online.

1.) Convenience: If you are the type of individual who wants results, but cannot meet due to location or time, then online training is a great option for you as you can train at your own convenience.

2.) Cost: If you are looking for a less expensive option than meeting 1-3 three times a week, then online training is a perfect option as you will spend much less. But, there is a fine line between how much you spend per session or per month with a trainer, so make sure you get what you are paying for. If you do not like something or not getting the right quality, be open with your trainer.

3.) Equipment: A workout will be available to you whether you have access to a variety of equipment or not.

4.) Workouts: With use of my Individualized programs, you will have your workouts within the palm of your hand. Each workout will provide exercises with detailed video instruction.

5.) Support: Communication is just an email, phone call, Skype conversation, and / or text away.

6.) Access: With use of my online personal training, you have access to a highly qualified personal trainer.

7.) Motivation: Just as with in-person training, motivation can be obtained upon you joining Reed’s Wellness and Fitness Training. With use of online training, it may be just the right amount of motivation you need to get you going.

8) Progress: Your progress will be tracked in order to measure how far you have come since Day 1 with me.

The primary focus of Reed’s Wellness and Fitness Training is not only to offer quality personal and small group training programs, but also an online training program in order to help you reach your own specific goals and true potential at an affordable price. If you are distant and ready to take part in one of my online training programs, I will be happy to create a quality program that is specific to what you have available to you at your home, at the park, or at your gym in order to meet your goal(s).

What you will receive:

  • Holistic Approach: Nutrition, Fitness, Stress, Sleep, Mood and overall lifestyle to see where you are currently at and a program set in place.

  • Access to Trainerize app & website: A free tool that will allow you to access my exercise library with informational videos, your program, track body stats, add progress photos, and most importantly message me directly. Each program will come with foam rolling exercises, flexibility (dynamic warm-up), corrective training (for specific injuries), strength training, conditioning guidance, mechanics (running, weight lifting).

  • Nutritional Guidance: Planning, preparing, and use of a journal

  • Support: Phone, email, Skype, and other tools.

Currently, I am offering individualized training with use of Trainerize software.

Joshua Reed
Joshua Reed is an Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is the owner of Reed’s Wellness and Fitness Training. He currently operates a small space in Ludlow, Kentucky and travels to see clients in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. He offers both personal, online, and small group coaching from his location, the client’s home, and/or outdoors. He is a 2012 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult Fitness and Wellness Management. Joshua currently attends the University of Kentucky’s, where he is earning a Master’s degree in Biomechanics with a concentration in running mechanics and injury prevention.
