Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes
I found this delicious meal as part of a fellow bloggers post regarding her Thanksgiving dinner. Anne is a Registered Dietician and you can find her recipes, workouts, health and wellness tips and so forth on her website at fANNEtastic food. My wife and I used a recipe from a website Anne provided, added her touches of pomegranates, while adding our own touch of rosemary instead of thyme. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed creating and devouring this meal! 🙂

This was my first time using my Nikon D5100 for food photography. I interchanged lens (55-200mm & 50mm 1.8G) to find what I liked best.
